Google Meet Information

Scenario 1:
User goes to meet.google.com and hits Start or Join Meeting
They have the meeting and send the link to others via email, text, etc
They use the meeting a few times and then forget about it
This meeting expires after 90 days of no use

Scenario 2:
User goes to calendar.google.com and adds conferencing to their meeting
They make the event re-occurring in the calendar every 2 weeks with no end date
This meeting link will not expire since it is booked out indefinitely.
